This is an honest review. The price paid is obviously a big draw for this product and so I took the plunge to order. The customer service and replies to e-mails are amazing. I managed to change from Prince Charlie to Argyle jacket by e-mail. Delivery for a clan tartan and bespoke was 21 days. Now the package came as a box as opposed to bag as stated and so yes I will have to press some pleats etc. The Kilt is a true fit and a little snug but that’s possibly Christmas mince pies not the Kilt. The jacket is an amazing fit I only wish I had ordered the charcoal Grey not black. Belt again is a just fit but is fine. Shoes are a tad small and narrow, but I have brogues in a wide fit so it’s not an issue. The Kilt at 8 yards does seem bulky at first but if I want less bulk I’ll wear a casual kilt. All in all worth the price for a full set and good customer service and quick delivery.

The quality looks good. The size is wrong for me. Realistically I cannot return it because I was told to return it to an address in Punjab, Pakistan. This is a made-to-order business. Sizes have to be literal, not the highly ficticious UK or USA sizing standards. The kilt is adjustable but being precise will help a lot.

When I ordered a kilt from this company I understood from their website that they were located in Seattle. My kilt arrived fairly quickly. It was made from a very heavy wool and was so bulky in the waist that I could not wear a jacket over it. I had always had kilts that had a more conventional waistband and had never had this problem. I requested a refund and asked how to return it, since the website guarantees a refund within 14 days of receipt if not fully satisfied. The address they sent me was in Pakistan, which effectively prevented me from returning the item since it would be so costly. When I asked why I couldn't send it to the address on their website, I didn't hear anything back. However, after I posted a negative review here, they did reply. The company offered to give me a substantial partial refund without me having to return the item. I accepted their offer and feel that it was a fairly good resolution. After this experience, I will always check the actual return address before ordering an item from an unknown vendor.

Had my doubts about buying stuff from Pakistan but it was urgent and needed kilts for Christmas. Did some research and found them on Trustpilot. And guess it paid off. The quality was brilliant and delivery was really really fast. I gave them 23rd December deadline and they delivered almost a week before that. Excellent service.

Ordered the Maple Leaf tartan with options 8 yard and flashes. Kilt is well made and looks fantastic. Nice drop to the pleats and is will within the Maple Leaf Tartan (plaid) description on the registry.
