Failed to honor birthday reward gifts, saying it expired on 4/21. The email offering reward gift was sent on 4/21 for a birthday in June and an expiration date 6 weeks later. They offered me useless points instead even though reward was valid, timely & they had a copy of email they sent me. I am at highest reward level. Last straw

Placed an order over a month ago and have received nothing. Contacted customer service multiple times and it is a complete joke. They send you around in circles without ever answering a question or helping. Have not been refunded either. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Shocking! Received an empty box without the product ordered. Customer service was pathetic and the rep couldn't care less. Shame on you lot.

Placed a $500 order on 3/4, items still not shipped, has been saying ready to ship for 3 days now... contacted customer service multiple times and told there are shipping delays and is on website - it's not. I checked. I even attempted another order to see if it came up with shipping warning, it didn't. No further replies, asked to cancel order and receive refund - still no reply. Think I will stick to Mecca, spend $500 there and you get free express shipping and receive in less than a week!

My online shopping experience with Kiehl’s has been absolutely disgusting. I'm sharing my story here so others can be cautious before making a purchase. I returned a product to their warehouse back in February and have been trying to get my refund ever since. It’s now April, and I still haven’t received a single cent. I’ve emailed them six times during this period, and each time they responded saying the refund would be processed within 10 business days — but it’s been over a month, and nothing has happened. What’s worse is that when I kept following up, I started receiving irrelevant replies like “Thank you for your order, we will ship it out soon.” I’m honestly at my breaking point. This company is acting like a scam — it feels like they have no intention of refunding me at all.

Wat een vreselijke bedoeling, ik wacht al meer dan 11 dagen op mijn pakketje. Meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen maar ik krijg van geen kant gehoor. Ik heb alleen een bevestegings mail gekregen en voor de rest geen updates van mijn pakket. Nooit meer!!!!

Dear Kiehl’s members, I want to report you about scam I faced by one of sale team member representing on Dubai emirates international airport(she was thin tall lady )or in India’s Bangalore (unit a guy )I purchased your clearly corrective 115 ml bottle , serum small and toner and kept for while and forgot to open and use. After few months when I opened it I found clearly corrective bottle in box which was given to was not for sale. I wanted to share photos of that bottle but don’t see any attachment file link. Unfortunately I don’t remember the date as well as I had been traveling lot and trusting I threw my bill too. After this bad experience I hesitate to buy your product and have lost trust on your team.
