Driver was late resulting in a nearly missed flight and much stress on a pregnant woman with a 3 year old child. Fee was 15% higher than quoted. No credit offered for our trouble, and we will not use this service again.

Highly highly recommended. Great for families.
Come highly recommended. We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease. We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later. Again, this company can't come better recommended.

Hello Paul, thank you for your review and thank you for being a wonderful customer. Returning lost items is just part of our service and we try our best at all times to provide great service. Additionally, we are trying to make a difference in the world by providing child safety with installed car seats, customer convenience and raise awareness for pizza, it's delicious. Car transportation companies seemingly have forgotten about child safety, and child car seats, but not Kidmoto. Our drivers are professionally registered, professionally insured and trained to install child car seats. Your recommendation means a lot. Many thanks from New York City. Nelson Nigel Founder

Our flight got in very early
Our flight got in very early and we were through customs in 2 minutes and bags waiting on the carousel (NEVER happens at Newark!) and our driver was at the airport already waiting for us. He was a very careful and safe driver. We use Kidmoto every trip we have and will keep using them!
