Really great service, punctual friendly drivers. This service is 'compulsory' in New York since children under two must travel in a carseat, but Uber and Lyft don't have carseats for under twos. The cost is higher than we would have liked (and around double the price of a normal taxi), which is why I marked it down one star.

Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm. I continually updated the driver through the app, however the driver decided to head to the airport even though we hadn’t even taken off. When the receipt arrived we’d been charged excessive waiting and parking fees. I emailed to query this and I did receive a refund, which I’m grateful for, but I hope this is not common practice as I would like to use this service for future trips (I did use for a return trip to the airport and had no issues)

Keep the customer informed of the pick up location details. We received a message that the driver was there, and was waiting. For first timers at LaGuardia we did not know where there was. Driver should be excited about NYC, and talk to the customers.

Prompt, great car and comfortable car seat for my toddler. Gave us peace of mind when travelling abroad and arriving late evening! Only slight negative was the driver who, despite being very pleasant, spent the whole journey telling us how rubbish the city was. Not great when you’ve just arrived on holiday! Apart from that, very impressed.

An expensive service, but highly valuable too! Our drivers were prompt and easy to communicate with. Arriving with a tired baby in a city we didn't know, we were very glad to have a kind, understanding person on the other end! And the same goes for our early morning jaunt to the airport. Ahead of our trip, I also had a lot of questions and found the customer service representatives exceptionally helpful. Thoughtful and knowledgeable! My only reason for docking a star is because it is a lot of money for (at least in our case) a quite short ride.

The taxi driver was great and took us fast and safely to our hotel / airport. The app is great; you can chat with the driver and you get notifications when your driver is approaching etc. However, the customer service seemed to me a bit rude and it took quite some time to get answers to my questions (=so that a person who doesn't know how things work will understand the system. The actual replying was fast but in my opinion they could try to explain things better and not just copy everything that is said on their homepage.) in the end we understood each other and everything worked out just fine. 😊
