The booking system isnt super friendly, but works ; the driver showed up fine, though I paid for the "meet and greet" and the driver picked me curbside. The ride was good. But then I received a message from the driver that the company didn't pay him ; and he followed up with multiple messages. I paid for a car service, not to get someone chasing me for money. Won't use again.

Our driver was a nice enough guy but for a one way ride for $465 (which would normally cost just over $100) this was not worth it at all. The child seat they provided was totally not comfortable at all - our 2 year old's head kept lulling forward and there were no side head rests for her to rest her head against so I had to hold her head the entire ride (so not a great ride for me). I could have bought two new car seats and dumped them at the airport for this price. By the time we knew what it would cost we were worried we couldn't get another service, which is why we went with this one. We should have gotten champagne and a back massage at this rate but instead got a pretty uncomfortable ho-hum ride. Driver drove well though and was nice but not worth $465 - that's just insane.

We pre booked our journeys to and from the airport well ahead of our travel to save stress. When we arrived, our driver had already messaged us (an hour early)to say he was there and where to meet him. We messaged once through passport control and were on our way to the hotel about 20mins before our pick up time! The car was big and clean, car seat as expected and our driver was lovely. We realised about 5minutes after he dropped us off that my son had left his favourite toy car in the car seat and contacted him. Within 30mins he’d driven back round and dropped it off at reception for us. Outstanding service, we were very happy. The trip back however was not as positive. The car never showed up. We called at pick up time to be told he’d forgotten and was 30mins away. Luckily we spoke to the hotel and they were able to arrange suitable alternative transport, although this took time, meaning we were running late, causing us a bit of stress at the airport. We let the driver know we had made alternative arrangements and he apologised. Despite letting him know we had left, we had a message to say he was at the hotel 40mins after the pick up time. Although he was apologetic, it certainly caused us a lot of stress. Despite the excellent pick up on the way, we wouldn’t use again because of the let down going home.
