Kicksta is a great system. Recommend!

This is literally one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. My experience with them was so bad from a customer service standpoint that it has me doubting the legitimacy of the company as a whole.

Kicksta is great for growing organically! It is a service - not a magical lamp... meaning, it works if you do. You are still in charge of posting quality content and photos. Kicksta makes sure you content gets seen more organically then it would without the service. New policies that IG rolled out caused a few rifts that were quickly resolved. But all in all, your traffic, followers, likes, engagement will grow with Kicksta as long as you work with the tool!

Hey Kicksta! I had a great first 2 - 3 months with your service. When my account switched to a different person managing my interactions it became wildly inconsistent. I'll get a significant amount of following on one day of the week and then the rest of the week I will get maybe 5 or even lose a few. It has become very frustrating seeing such inconsistent results when I am making consistent payments. Every month since the first few have been increasingly more disappointing and I feel I am near canceling my service.

They started really good but are struggling with new Instagram policies. Hope they can survive. Service has lost a little quality but i have confidence they'll be back on track.

Kicksta has been an excellent engagement tool for me and my clients in regard to growing Instagram followers. I wish the amount of likes were more consistent versus 100 engagements one day and my account blocked from liking the following day. Other than that, my experience has been great and I highly recommend it to others.

I’ve been using Kicksta for around five months now, and I must say that I’m deeply impressed with their service and how they live up to their promises. I like how they only like people’s photos, and don’t comment on or follow other accounts. I’m picky with who I follow and I don’t want anyone commenting on my behalf, as it may not fit in with my brand image. I can’t understand how other people are complaining about their growth using Kicksta, because it depends entirely on the quality of the content that is posted. These are real followers. All Kicksta does is make other Instagram users aware of your presence, with little work required on your own part. My following has grown by more than double in the last few months, by more than 3000. Kicksta’s service means that I can engage honestly and sincerely with my customers and followers, and not just because I’m trying to increase engagement or increase my following, because Kicksta is doing the hard work for me. All in all, I would recommend Kicksta to any brand looking to increase their online presence.

We've been using the service for a few months now and we're happy with it. The customer service has also been great. A few months into it, we had some technical issues (traced back to IG updating their algorithm) but Kicksta helped us figure out what was going on. My only complaint would be if they could tighten up how they recommend targets. Most of the recommendations are wildly off-target as regards our ideal follower/audience.
