If i could give this company minus stars then I would. They are a scam and total frauds. I set up my subscription and was told it was ‘active’. After over 24 hours they had liked 9 posts on my behalf. 9. I had set up targets with literally hundreds of thousands of followers and they liked 9 posts. The analytics said that my targets were poor. How are they even analysed as poor of you’ve only liked 9 posts? I could like 9 posts myself in 30 seconds. If the service takes that long to pick up why would anyone pay for it? You may as well do it yourself. I have emailed customer service REPEATEDLY to ask for a refund as allegedly they offer you a 14 day money back guarantee. Nobody is responding to my emails. I have used other Instagram growth services for other businesses but chose to use Kicksta as they were cheaper. Now I know why. I’ve had immediate results with other companies. Goes to show you get what you pay for. It’s a scam and a con and they are to be avoided at all costs. I am reporting them officially as a fraudulent company. I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism or (lack) of customer service. Kicksta - if you even bother to read this, don’t even think about telling me to email customer services - please just give me my money back.

If I am paying $100 I want some sort of guarantee or at least a longer money back guarantee. Why do they expect me to trust them when they done nothing for me to believe that this program works.Seems like a scam
