Update: I was told by the marketing team to reach out to costumer service (see their reply below.) And I haven't received any reply. It is common for marketing teams to promise what the company can't deliver on (like my recruiter when I joined the marines) and I suspect this is the same. So as of now I can say. When they say a representative is going to help you build a personalized plan, that's a lie. Also because of the vague language I'm not sure if they're doing anything at all. I tried the free trial of another service and my followers grew quite quickly. But I wanted to do research before making the plunge so I heard that Forbes recommended these guys. It has only been a week, but my follower count has stayed about the same since using Kicksta. When I reach out to staff they just respond in vague statements, which is strange because the marketing made it seem like an individual would be guiding you through this. I'll ride out the month that I paid for (it's expensive) but I have low expectations

I used this service before and every week I had a dedicated account manager walking me through what I can do to make my account better. It was very pricey so I had to pause my account. But once I re-activated my account on Black Friday due to their sale, things have been very different. I don't get the same effort as before. The service works for a while and then it kind of plateaus. Not sure if its correlated to the algorithm or anything, but its frustrating to know that paying for a service can't give you the success on the gram as you'd hope. I do like the features, but things change so rapidly with social that you have to try it and then weigh your options to see if its cost effective.

I own a women's clothing store and Kickstagram just gets my business creepy DM's from men in other countries and a bunch of weirdo random followers. Not super thrilled.

I was super skeptical of this service at first but in looking at what they do compared to some of the other companies that advertise the same results it seemed like a legitimate way to get your account in front of potential followers. I decided to try it with a short leash for a month. I am now 4 months in and very happy. The growth has exceeded expectations and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I do monitor every day...and you need to check your "targets" daily, it takes less than 5 minutes, sometimes less than a minute. Instagram did hit me with 3 "soft" restrictions for 24 hours because we were liking too much but Kicksta assured me it's okay to like other accounts so I would not be banned. I trusted them and they were correct so they know Instagram very well. They also adjust the times and the amount they like after a soft ban so there is a corrective action on their part. And it does make sense, you can like other photos, it's not against the IG tos... Anyways, I recommend it!
