I contacted Kicksta couple of times as there was no activity on my account. The only likes I am getting is because of my own connections. Every time I contacted Kicksta they responded by saying that my account is put on a sleep mode to mimic original activity. It turns out that my account is on sleep mode for a week now and this is happening for the 4th time in last two months. I am writing this review for Kicksta to take responsibility and act consistently. I will be discontinuing the service if there is no action from Kicksta.

VERY ANGRY!! I am trialling the service on behalf of a business client. I signed up yesterday, entered payment info, linked the account, verified it and set up targets. I have logged in this morning to find the account no longer exists and the dashboard is completely empty?! Worse still, the dashboard is now asking me to add an account and take payment info again?! I have sent a support request but got an automated response saying it would 72 hours before this got picked up. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! REPORTING KICKSTA TO THE UK CONSUMER OMBUDSMEN IF THIS ISN'T RESOLVED BY END OF THE DAY.

Absolutely a waste of time, I wasted more time sending emails to notify that the service is not working in a month than the likes I get, I was getting few likes one day then the service stops for a week. After a month, I didn't get any growth from the service.

Horrible service, doesn't work and suddenly people different people for various countries had my password, I canceled in that moment.

I cancelled my subscription after not seeing any benefit to my account (or proof that they were indeed doing what I paid for. Weeks after cancelling they charged my credit card again. I logged into my account to confirm my cancellation. My account is labeled cancelled yet they are still charging me. Steer clear.

Not satisfied with this service at all. Paid $99 for the professional plan and got minimal followers. Save your money. We believe we got shadowbanned for using Kicksta on IG account and want a refund.

I emailed them several times that when I log in the website, the account is not added. They did not return my emails. They charged me $49, I notice no changes instagram. Don’t waste your money!

Been good so far 2 weeks in. Have picked up a couple of sales linked straight to followers through the program so it’s paid for itself so far hope this continues 👍
