very disappointed with this company. in the middle of my service they just stopped managing because they were "recalibrating" - so for 3 weeks nothing was happening on my account and an agent kept saying "it will be on in another 24 hours" yet I was still being charged. many of my posts went down massively in reach and engagement. when i asked them for a refund they gave me a $20 credit to use on ANOTHER crapy cycle of poor service. I have seen very little ROI from this company and poor customer service.

Emailed first week, was told they started and expect results soon. I emailed every week until a month was coming up and finally cancelled. Was told every week that they were working on it went to my “account” on their website and it said followers gained 0. They did absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately this did not work for me, I felt it was a waste of money and I am trying to contact customer services but for some reason my message will not go through. Yes initially to sign you up they have someone to liaise with you but after 3 emails of contact she didn’t respond to my message, and before this there was no activity despite her saying she would try a more aggressive approach to get followers. In fact I have less than I normally do and less likes and comments.

Used for 2 months to give it a chance to do its thing. It didn’t, I gained a very small amount of followers. Not many more than I was gaining on my own. Cancelled my service and they never refunded my first month as stated. Had issues getting it linked to begin with and their help line is very robotic and difficult to work with. I would not recommend this service. My coworker used a different one and had much much grander results.

I understand you are desperate to grow your Instagram account (who doesn't want more followers), but please avoid this company. YES, you will gain followers, 1 or 2 a day if you are lucky.... Worse part is, I tried to ask them to cancel my account and they have been ignoring me. I am now getting charged monthly WITHOUT their service! So I'm paying for nothing......It's been 5 days and still no reply back from them. I will have to cancel my bank card if they don't reply, but I want my refund. They don't have a phone number, so you can't call them and they don't have any names in their signature so you don't even know who you are talking to. Very scammy company!!!!!!

Don't do it! Signed up with Kicksta and was extremely disappointed. Standard email responses about instagram issues but no action plan and 0 growth in over a month.

I think it's a scam. They only liked pics on my behalf for a week or so. After I wrote support this is the message I received: "We're currently calibrating your account due to Instagram's recent algorithm updates. While no liking is being done currently, that doesn't mean there's no action being taken on your account. In fact, the system is still viewing profiles and posts to better mimic human behavior. Once this process is complete, the system will gradually ramp back up the engagement to its maximum amount." Five days later no likes on my behalf and 46$ wasted because I had to cancel!! I could have gone to a nice restaurant and spend an hour myself to like pictures a few days, instead!!

HI have subscribed last 2 weeks ago. I have decided to cancel my plan and asked for the 14 free trial refund. This is not true. When you asked for the refund, they stop answer to your emails. Be careful because you will not be refunded !
