I would give this company less than a 1 star review. Kicksta is simply a waste of money and time. In addition their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money and time with Kicksta.

When I first started with this service it actually worked very well. I saw steady organic growth based on their methodology. My new followers were engaged and I assumed that I had bottled lightening. Then, two things happened within a few months of each other: IG adjusted their algorithm and Kicksta upgraded their software. And that’s when the wheels started to fall off. My engagement was still very high and I was posting on a regular basis, and even paying to promote posts here and there, but the growth was not there. Less than half of what I experienced when I first started, and then eventually half of that! And the growth I did have was easily and clearly tracked to my efforts of promoting posts. So, twice I reached out to customer service. Twice I was lectured about how Kicksta was better than other services and how I didn’t understand the process, and then twice in those same responses I was told that they just did a “proxy reset” of my account (whatever that means) and thanked me for my patience and understanding. Wait! If the problem was me not understanding how their service works and not being patient enough then why the need for the “proxy reset” and why the need to thank me for my understanding? I believe they aren’t able to adapt to the new algorithm anymore and the software has glitches that stops all liking. Neither of which they want to admit. So, I’d suggest you save the $40-50 bucks a month and instead pay for IG promotions so you at least get something for your money.

Kicksta has been great! Definitely worth the money. The growth they’ve gotten me has been very organic with engaging followers that have not dropped off.

Awesome definitely worth the money

Here is the story. I signed for the trial and they immediately charged my card. I thought ok they must going to provide a real service so I gave them access to my account and they did nothing. Meanwhile, when I tried to cancel my subscription they conveniently did not receive my request and charge my card again. I ultimately had to freeze my card in order to prevent future charges. Now they will say that I only contacted them one time, but I guess you have contact them more than one time to cancel, but the end of the day, I was charged for nothing.

TERRIBLE company with no customer service. Does not work at all. Try another service.

After about a week of absolutely nothing past the initial sign-up, I just had to cancel. It was disappointing to receive a responding email about 10:30 pm every time just apologizing followed by a “reset” of my account and ending in “you’ll be running in 24 hours”. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Sure do wish they would have spent the time on customer service and service fulfillment as they did on their website and false testimonies.

Seriously , do not bother ,its a scamming people making money fake claims platform! Not a single like i got for a month !
