Terrible. No service at all. I left a review here previously and Kicksta had it deleted. They are not able to fulfill what you pay them for. The dashboard looks smart but nothing works. They liked practically zero pictures and kept telling me my account was on cool down. Not able to grow my account at all. I will keep leaving reviews if you keep getting them deleted.

I wish i had the great results others had. I did a 7 day free trual and didn't even finish it Site was done for hours. My recent posts didn't show up on the dashboard. Honestly, i wasn't sure if they even were working on my account.

Blocked all my other accounts. Even the ones with absolutely no ties to the account that hired the service! All 7 of my accounts are blocked for 8 while days. That’s 8 days of no following, unfollowing, liking, Or commenting! This will result in a loss of over $100,000 this week for all of my brands. As well as no way to interact with my customers. All of my staff are out of work for the week as nothing can be posted or liked. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE! They do nothing. My employer register the account so she didn’t have to do her job. Obviously I caught her and have fired her and canceled the account. Once I did Kicksta must have told Instagram the account had purchased their service and had me blocked on all 7 accounts for 8 days. During the 20 hours they had access to my account (after a huge $150 fee) they had liked no photos, commented on nothing and still said they gained me 1 follower 😂 who I have personally known for years so I doubt they had her follow my business page. To top it all off! The customer service agent sucks. Externally rude. Accused me of lying (???) I’ve had my lawyers look into this and it’s a completely fraud company. Don’t purchase their services.

Hoping it starts to work. Been waiting 3.5 weeks now. I post almost every day. I am not expecting followers, just for kicksta to start working and liking targeted audience. I have set up targeted audience...no activity. I haves emeailwd kicksta so many times get the same auto reply. “Cold down” basically... they have re set it a few times, nothing happening. I emailed over the weekend, no reply. Honestly I have looked around, all growth software companies having same issue. It seems like since Instagram have changed algorithm rules, these companies can’t operate any more. I like kicksta dashboard, I love there idea of organic visibility growth, just unfortunate it hasn’t started to work. Will wait one more week and see what happens, will cancel if it doesn’t work, I won’t keep paying for no activity. I wish someone at kicksta would be transparent at what is actually happening. Over 4 weeks kicksta has only liked about 50 pics. Should be between 1000-2000 / day. They also asked me to stop liking posts, which I have done. So basically I have lost a month of growing I could have been doing on my own. Please kicksta get back to me, I hope you can get thing working, would love to leave more positive feedback! Matt

It doesn't work. Their interface is nice but it simply doesn't do what they promise.

Useless, in 3 weeks I had 0 interactions, no photos liked and constantly told by helpdesk that the account was on a cooldown. I cancelled. They cant do what they advertise. Don't waste your money edit: it says kicksta tried to contact me... this is not true. I have had no contact other than asking for my password again after I changed it.

Since joining Kicksta, I have seen a steady growth in my account and attracted the correct clientele. As a model, I have gained attention from the right accounts which in turn has gotten me bookings. Definitely recommend!
