We started using Kicksta a couple of months ago and it really helped increase our followers and organic engagement. Because you can program specific target accounts, the new followers are engaged with the content (not robots! yah!). Kicksta is super easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to grow their platform.

It was rough at first. It took them 3 weeks to get into my account and some constant communication to get it going but they compensated me for time loss and I’ve seen substantial growth ever since!

The system was easy to sign-up for but was been a disaster after that. I immediately starting receiving dozens of verification notifications, which thought was fine, but it turns out Kicksta couldn't seem to login. Several time while I was logged in to my IG account the homepage/GRID showed a private message and prohibited me from being on normally. I would have to log out entirely and log back in. Again, I thought this was just part of the deal. Finally, after a few days, and dialogue via email through support, I learned that nothing had advanced -- Kicksta didn't have access -- and nothing was done to remedy the situation or move the application forward. I cancelled and am demanding a refund which they don't issue unless you ask for it. Very disappointed all around and a waste of several days.

I received a cancellation email and a refund of the amount that was charged a few days ago! Today I had another charge rm my credit card! This is looking like a joke without respect and with little professionalism! I want my chargeback immediately and the cancellation of your service! it's very disrespectful !!!!

They are expensive and instagram has blocked every single attempt to like even ONE post on my behalf. They must know this but still take people's money.

I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND TWO YEARS LATER I AM STILL BEING CHARGED!!! BLOCKING THEM FROM MY CREDIT CARD NOW!!! My business account started following random, evangelical Christian women that obsessively post about the Bible and God, most of whom don't have young children. This is not at all my target audience since my business focuses on new moms who are a bit "crunchy" and natural focused. I believe the employees at Kicksta have been making my account (and other accounts) follow their personal Instagram accounts. I've had to unfollow MANY accounts like what I described above. I've been with Kicksta for 2 months and have seen no results whatsoever. I'm canceling my service immediately. What a waste of money.

Kicksta has grown my instagram account by more than 40%! Easy to use, and most importantly they grew it with REAL people. All the followers we obtained interact and support us!

Kicksta service did not work at all. I gave them $49 and they never gave me service. Please do not waste your money.
