Very accurate organic growth, definitely a must have tool to help manage and refine your social media presence.

Stay far away from these guys. We cancelled our subscription this summer and they have continued to charge us 3 months after cancelling. They have refunded us, but only after emailing them 3 months in a row to get the payments reversed each time. We are in Canada. Our bank keeps hitting us with currency exchange fees which we can’t get back and Kicksta won’t take responsibility for those fees. We’re out about $10 due to their continued debits. If we get charged a 4th month in a row we will be getting visa involved. Nobody at Kicksta will or can explain why it keeps happening.

I paid for the accelerated plan for $99. I started with: 1612 IG followers on 10/12/19 I canceled my subscription with: 1580 IG followers on 10/29/19 I emailed customer service to get a refund, as I paid for growth and ended up with 32 less followers in the 17 days of service. They refused.

I’ve had Kicksta for a few months now. When you sign up, they offer a two week trial and if you’re not satisfied after two weeks you can cancel it. Those first two weeks, my Instagram account blew up. 15+ followers a day. So I decide to stick with it. Of course after that, the growth slowed down a lot. I get one follower a day now, if I’m lucky. I’m skeptical that they work harder those first two weeks in order to get you to stick with it. When I reached out to them to ask about this, they of course assured me that they work the same amount every day and it had nothing to do with them. I am sticking with them for now, as I think it might still be too early to tell it it is working well or not.... I guess we’ll see.

1. When I signed up it took several weeks and several emails for any activity to begin on my account. 2. The website states: "We like around 10,000 photos per month". Upon review, I found that they are were only performing 7 likes per day on my account. Seven? 3. The website states: "Engage with real, relevant Instagram users and get followed by your ideal audience." and "We have a proprietary set of filters that make sure we only engage with real users - none of those spam or fake accounts". After looking over the types of accounts Kicksta was engaging with on my behalf I found that they were liking images of Indian males who follow over 5,000 accounts, wig wholesale warehouses, and fake product spam accounts, none of which would be considered my target audience whatsoever, nor related to the filters/target accounts that I outlined. 4. After having multiple target accounts show low productivity for several weeks I changed up the target accounts and the new ones continued to be low performers. 29 of my 40 target accounts were low performers, despite my following Kicksta's recommendations for target accounts. And now I know why, with 7 likes a day, of non-relevant accounts, it's no wonder there was no productivity from my target accounts. 5. Aside from responding to my questions and concerns I never heard from my "Customer Success Manager". Very disappointed in this service. I would not recommend this service.

Kiksta is grate, I have a very steady growth rate and am getting a lot better views and likes aswell. If your somebody who really wants to grow your Instagram because if your business or just if it's a personal account kiksta will help u get bigger and give you helpful advice along the way, plus all the growth is naturak, it's not botted like some other companies do!
