I was reluctant to purchase Kiara Sky because it's a little pricey. They recently had sale on their website so I went for it. I received my package a couple days ago and tried it out last night. The only negative is that the dip manicure took me longer than I expected, over an hour. Despite the time I LOVE MY NAILS! Really does look like I came from the salon and I didn't use much product so I think in the long run I'll save money (and hopefully get faster!) I usually don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience for others that might be on the fence like I was. Just try to buy the colors that have the swatches on the hand so you can see what you're getting.

I called to update my address before shipping and a real person answered right away and changed it for me, she was super nice! I also received my order within a week! I loved everything in my order, especially the Gelly tips-what a game changer and saves me so much $$ now that I can do my own nails at home with a pro finish! 💅 Will definitely be ordering again soon!

I have been ordering from Kiara Sky for about 5 years now, I love all of their products. Their customer service team is so nice and helpful. Shipping is always 2-3 business days but they have had some delays due to holidays which is understanding.

Does not send what you ordered. They will let you buy a product and then sell it out, but you won’t receive yours just an offer for their “basic” model

I order my item on August 5 2021 and I emailed the customer service department they gave me the run around said it I would receive a tracking number for my item never received it Kirra Sky’s customer service is rude and they are not professional, they need more training and fail to apologize to the customer never again will I order from this company again

I placed my order April 11 and I emailed them April 21st asking them about when my item will ship .Same day I got an email saying it’s awaiting shipment. April 23 I get an email saying my order is cancelled it’s out of stock and they don’t have a restock date .

Will never order anything directly from Kiara Sky again, it’s been 10 business days & I still don’t have my order. That’s just too long. I love their products so I will try to order through Amazon next time.
