I ordered a part online, and it was easy to do so. The part came in a timely manner and my mechanic was able to install with no problem.

READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. The only reason why I gave them a 1 is because I had to give them something but they don't even deserve that. They are scam artists. I went on their website to purchase headlights for my son's 2004 Kia Rio. I typed in the year, make, and model and a pair of headlights came up at which I purchased at $335.00. When the headlights came they did not fit the car. I called the company and asked to return them at which point they denied my return due to their return policy stating they do not give refunds for electrical parts. I informed the rep that I didn't even open up the one box as I knew from just opening the other box that they would not fit. The rep stated that she would send an email requesting an exception which again was denied because of their "refund policy". When I went on their site to make sure I put in the correct year, make, and model it stated on their site that the lights I received fits a 2001-2005 Kia Rio so I decided to research if these lights truly fit the 2004 and maybe they fit a different body style. Come to find out the headlights they sold me fit only a 2001-2002 kia Rio and the headlights that a 2004 Kia Rio has only fits a 2003-2005 as the body style changed. When I called to speak with a returns manager to inform them that they sold me the wrong parts they insisted there was nothing they could do me for. This is false advertising and they are scamming people. Do not buy from them as you do not know if the product you are receiving is the correct product and you can't return anything as their return policy is so vague that they can literally put every part they sell into a category. The absolute worst experience ever and people should be warned. I am reaching out to every review site I can to let everyone know as well as the Better Business Bureau and Federal trade commission.

This company refuses to refund my money as the part did not work on my KIA Soul. Do not trust them. They have terrible customer service.

They deserve 0 Stars. I ordered front mud guards # P8460-3E110 for a 2008 Kia Sorento on the 06/24/2024 and I received # P8460-3E510 in a box labeled P8460-3E110 on the 07/17/2024. I asked for a RMA to return it and to send me the right part on the 07/18/2024. They asked me for pictures of the item , I did just that. They denied the RMA because the item was under $8.00 so ,I asked again to send the right part as it was there mistake. Again they rudely refused telling me that I received the right part. to this day the problem has not be resolved. The wrong part in the right box is very suspicious and does not make the part fit . This store has a lot of negative feedback , I should have taking that into consideration when I ordered and now, they have one more. I have all the emails and pictures if needed. This kind of business practice is not acceptable and totally dishonest to me. I'll NEVER will buy from this store again, and I'll post a complaint with the BBB and other associations as well as Paypal to get my money back.

The first time I ordered, delivery was very quick. Since then I’ve ordered twice and both times the order stayed in “processing for about a week after I ordered, and both times I had to call to find out the status of my order. Order and shipping are really slooooow.

10 days since parts were ordered. says they shipped on 7/29/2024 yet tracking number says only label has been created part have not been delivered to usps. Vehicle is dead. Won't use them again or recommend them.Have gotten things quicker from China. They said parts were lost but they suddenly showed up August 2nd and were shipped.

I would not buy from this company again. I called and they helped me get the part number that I needed. Then the item shipped to my home…pretty regular transaction until I pulled the product out and it didn’t match the design of the car. I reached to them and they sent me an RMA and then said a RMA specialist would reach out with shipping instructions. They never sent the instructions, reached out. I have emailed them many times with no responses. I have called customer service that logs a ticket and then no one contacts me. It has been a horrible experience at this point and I would like to warn others of this very predatory and unreliable company. There are so many other vendors to choose from. Do not choose this one
