Best price and faster deliver for OEM Kia parts

The product was of good quality I was happy with the delivery timeframe which was spot on, and the easiness of picking my product out of a list of many other products was very easy.

They advertised clearly the part I needed with relevant pictures. They shipped promptly and the part worked perfectly.

Ordered interior light bulbs. they arrived in a few days and were the correct lamps for my Sorento. I could not find these bulbs locally.

simple, on time and exactly what i needed.

Avoid Kia Parts Now and other parts sites run by Auto Parts Prime, Inc. (Check out their BBB page to see what awful customer service they provide.) The part they sent did not match the picture and parts diagram on their website. I contacted them for a RMA and they denied it because it was a special order part. It is not my fault their website is wrong! Part was just over $18 before shipping and they lost a customer over it. I’ll never buy from them again. I opened a dispute with PayPal so hopefully I’ll get my money back. They are good if everything goes smoothly and they send you the right part, but dealing with their customer service when you have a problem is a nightmare. They want pictures of everything including the box it came in and the shipping label, which is ridiculous in my opinion. If you’re missing a part, they want a picture of that too! Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else. Order number VK94150173

They sent me a different part that does not match the reference image in their website. I made 2 claims for a refund or change and they responded that there was no refund because it was a special order, which is not my problem, it is theirs. First and last time I buy here. They lost a client for only $18.
