Backordered Part - No Delivery Date Available
Ordered some shocks and associated parts at the same time. The order was split into two parts and then I notified that the shocks were 'Back ordered without an available date. The part is removed from the order'. In the comments below, it said 'The part on your order is a Kia controlled parts. This means once approved, the order cannot be canceled and the part cannot be returned.......By replying "I accept", you are agreeing to accept a non-returnable part on your order.' I replied to the email to tell them not to ship it, but got a notice that the reply was non-deliverable. I got the impression that they were going to send all of the other parts, which would've been useless to me, and I might now be able to return. Was able to get the order cancelled when they couldn't give me a delivery date using a chat session. Spent a lot of time researching parts, price and vendors, so it really ticked me that all of this was wasted.
