I ordered the part and on the site it is just like the one I had in my possession but when the package came, it was totally not what I ordered. The one on the site was gray and small, the one they sent me was very large and black. I called them 4 a refund immediately and they asked me to send pictures 📸, which I did. Four days later still no response from them. I called them again and said I want my money back and they sent me an email saying that they will not refund me because the part they sent was what I ordered and it's electrical and they don't refund anything that is electrical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I SEE THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT AND tell everyone not to do business with them. I am reporting them 2 bbb and Department of Consumer Affairs. The company is not doing right by his customers and they are deliberately sending items they know are incorrect. Then when you request a refund, they tell you that it's what you ordered and you cannot get your money back. Do not let them get away with this. They got my money 💰 and I want it back!

Terrible customer service and refusal to honor legal return rights! I purchased a seatbelt on February and requested a return the next day. Despite this, the company denied my request with no valid reason. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for consumer rights is unacceptable. I will be reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this company if you expect fair treatment and respect for your rights!

Horrible. Sent the wrong part - I reordered the correct one and returned the wrong one. They claimed they never sent me a return label - but they did - I even emailed it back to show them. Got the run around by everyone I spoke to. One of their customer service reps screamed at me and called me a liar. They said they did not receive the part back but would not provide an email saying that. Now I'm out $160. SCAMMERS. Awful. Be warned.

Fantastic to do business with!

SCAM. TLDR: sent us the wrong part, completely left us hanging right before moving across the country, and refused to refund us even though it was their mistake. We ordered a roof rack for our Kia so we could use a roof box to help move our stuff across the country. It took several weeks to arrive and then was incompatible with our car, even though the website said it would work. We are now stuck having to pack our huge roof box in our moving van taking up a ton of space instead of using it to transport our stuff. Then, when we at least tried to get it refunded, they told us it wasn't eligible because it was a "special order". Again, this wouldn't be an issue IF THEY HAD SENT THE CORRECT PART. In summary, they took our money and did not send us the roof rack we ordered. Definition of a scam. Buyer beware.
