Great price and good quality

The parent company is Auto Parts Prime. Look them up before you place an order. I've placed two orders and had two bad experiences. The first showed up damaged and now on the second order kia parts is trying to extort more money before they will release my order. I placed this order a week ago and not only has it not shipped yet, but now they are telling me that prices went up and if I want it at all I need to pay more money. I don't think this is legal and it sure feels like a scam. I suggest shopping elsewhere. Look at their responses to similar complaints. Basically “they’re sorry you feel that way”. There’s no resolution. They know it’s bad business and they don’t care.

I ordered the Engine mount and a separate belt from them. Six days later, they sent me an email saying that the price had changed. Please pay $20 more so they can proceed with my order. Like, who does that? I canceled my order, and they wasted my time.

I ordered (or tried at least) a replacement driver side door handle for my 2018 Kia Niro, as the keyless entry unlock button had quit working. The part I received did not have the unlock button, and was not the right color or finish.

Ordered a replacement rear window wiper blade for a 2008 Kia Rondo. Blade seems to be of good quality but did not fit into the arm. Perhaps it is no longer on the market for this old Kia model.
