Scam. They will take your money and send you wrong part and refuse to return it

I was able to find the exact part I was looking for. Checkout was relatively easy. Part price is a little bit lower than the equivalent Hyundai part, which is why I bought from here in the first place.

Was told the part wpuld be received within 1-4 days. It was not even shipped until 12 days later and once it was shipped it took another SIX days to get here!! I was told they do not allow cancellations or refunds. I tried to get the order cancelled so I could purchase the part from a different place that would actually send it within a day or two. I waited two and a half weeks for a part that they told me I would get within four days. If you need a part quick this is not the place yoi want to order from, also the fact they don’t allow cancellations, refunds, or returns is definitely a red flag that I was not even informed of until after I purchased the item.

So I had 2 items in my cart, went through the entire purchasing activity on the platform, hit the pay now button and the response gave me an order number VK24196645 for the two parts and a combined total for those two parts of around $151. The platforms webpage also stated that the two parts would be coming from different warehouses with different delivery dates, and I'm OK with that/those. But then, the platform sent a notification that part of the order was being split-off possibly, and then rerouted me to the primary webpage where the platform required another complete purchasing experience for a new order number VK24190672 for another purchase experience that was a total waste of my time and better not add up to being more than the $151 original combined parts order. What a charade and an unnecessary circus act for your customers. Fix the platform to not require multiple purchase just because you're getting them from multiple warehouses. That's your deal, not the customers to adjust to more than a once ordered and confirmed order number has been presented to the customer.

I attempted to return an unopened, in original KIA box, item to the seller. We went back and forth for about a month before I gave up. They would not accept the return because I could not provide a photo of the original shipping label from when they sent the item to me. This is not outlined in their returns policy. I do not recommend using this store; I will not use them again. Also, they list false endorsements on their website. They are not a BBB accredited organization (the BBB has no record of them).

I ordered a passenger front window because mine was busted as part of a theft attempt. I paid for overnight delivery. The estimated latest delivery date was two days ago. I delivered full payment 10 days ago and through a combination of slow response times from their team and inaccurate shipping prices I still do not have the part I paid for and they are asking for a 50% more money to ship the part at all, not even overnight. Would not recommend at all if you have any kind of deadline or timing needs.
