I was sent the wrong part. I ordered a transmission fluid dipstick and recieved an oil dipstick instead

I ordered parts for my car and the site…
I ordered parts for my car and the site said it would fit my car when I got them they did not fit my car not even close the stickers and everything still on the springs never put on the vehicle and packaging still in good condition and they won’t take the springs back so that I can order the correct ones. I explained to them that I just left an abusive marriage that I am a caregiver and need my car for work and that this car is all I have plus I still owe $9,000 on it and had to replace my rear and front suspension and they said they won’t take it back because they f packaging and it being a special order item which it isn’t I wish I could include photos to show u they keep denying me I have complex ptsd and work part time so $280 is a lot of money my rear end is sagging and I just put new tires on it and it sways in the back because of the springs the front end is higher than the rear. What am I supposed to do?!?!?! This is unacceptable they wouldn’t lose money because I would purchase the correct springs.
