Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be. For any concerns regarding your order, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required so we could further assist you. We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 5 business day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. Also please note that all of our orders have a standard processing time of 1–3 business days before shipping. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.
