Hi DJ, Thank you for your feedback. Since we have no visibility into customers' specific repair needs, we fulfill the order as invoiced. A wrong part number sent would categorize an RMA request as wrong-parts, otherwise it would be no-longer-needed. Unfortunately, electronic parts are illegible for no-longer-need returns. We take all feedback seriously and would love to take a further look. We have requested more information on Trustpilot, please take your time and answer in detail as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding and assistance. Edit: We want to follow up as it’s been a few days since we requested additional information on Trustpilot. We understand you may be busy and appreciate you taking your time to leave a review. When you have a moment, please share your order details so we may look into this and assist you further. Thank you!
