You guys allowed me to order this part on line, only to refund the money a couple of days later stating the part is obsolete.
Response from KiaPartsNow.comJul 31, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when a part appears available but later becomes backordered. Our online catalog is intended as a general reference and may not always reflect the most up-to-date inventory. While we strive to reflect the most accurate availability on our site, some items may show as available at the time of order but later confirmed as backordered by the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
