This is the absolute worst telehealth app available. You must enter info, then chat via text with what is essentially a bot, then wait. I must stress the WAIT, I waited almost an hour and a half, sent complaint after an hour and got no response until I said I was posting a bad review. I then went to teladoc and spoke with a doctor in under 10 minutes. I wasted money on Khealth and I now know to NEVER use this app.

Took them 2 Hours to reach back to me. Then the Dr. proceeded to basically tell me that I need to follow up with a Primary Care Physician and was no help at all. I kept asking questions and she kept telling me to call a PCP. $19 Down the drain ridiculous.

Over an hour wait, Dr. Asked questions that the answers were provided to in the responses and info I provided. Given directions as to relieving a cough which I didn't have or mention. Told antibiotics don't cure sinusitis. Antibiotics worked on a prior sinus problem ....this must be a new type that antibiotics don't have the ability to resolve. POS sight and questionable Drs.

Their algorithm is awful. I had a bee sting and a cut that ended up in severe hand swelling and pain. None of their choices matched my problems so I had to just picking vague things until finally they connected me with a doctor. When I said I had a sting then cut myself she asked if I purposely cut myself. After her asking, I sent more pics on request and she told me to go to the ER. If I had insurance, I would have gone there. She said that the ER had to treat me, and I know that but if I cannot afford health insurance, I cannot afford an ER visit bill. I ended up pulling strings and a friend got me the antibiotic I needed and in 36 hours, it is mostly better without a pricey ER visit.

Complete waste of time and money. Do not use.

I wish I had read the reviews. She couldn’t figure out a diagnosis for my rash or give me an antibiotic. I asked for my money back to go to a walk in clinic and she said she couldn’t do that ended our chat. 😂 do not spend your money here

Requested a prescription refill 24hrs ago and haven’t heard back from K health. The last text received from KHealth was request was submitted successfully and you will hear back from us in 24 hrs. Extremely poor service!!

Second time I’ve used this service and they’ve told me that I don’t need any antibiotics. Both times I decided to see a dr after and I was correct- I needed antibiotics and it ended up getting to the point of me needing a steroid shot. Do not trust them. The drs are high and mighty too.
