HUGE SCAM!!! We found this on the internet. Decided to give it try for a minor ailment. Took us a long time to answer all the preliminary questions AND give our credit card number up front. Then we had to wait for 2 hours. After finally getting to a "doctor," the "dr." started messaging the same questions we had answered 2 hours prior, which again took forever. Then the "dr." wanted us to take pictures of the affected areas. We were not previously notified that we would have to take pictures. We thought it would be a video or at least a phone conversation, but it was all done by messaging only. While we were taking and sending pictures, which took time because we had to take some bandages off, suddenly the "dr." decided to disconnect without any warning. After that they "submitted us to another clinician" and told us to "stay by the phone" because they would notify us when the "dr." would be "ready to chat." By then it was almost midnight. We started at 7pm! Then they notified us that they would be with us "momentarily, " made us wait another hour, and then "disconnected" again because we didn't answer fast enough. After that they invited to us to "reconnect" again, and when we said yes, they told us that they will be available only the next day at 9am!!! - that's 24/7 service for you. Also, in that message they said that they are open 9am till 11pm. So who had been "chatting" with us and promising us to connect us with a doctor from 11pm till 12:30am? If you think you are getting a good service, you are NOT. Find someone else! These people are just wasting your time and money, hoping that you will just get tired and go away and they will keep your $20 for connecting you with a robot.

zero stars! not a real Dr, after almost two hours of waiting, it was a bot texting me. if you know the English language you can tell very easily there is no human dialogue going on? the bot uses common non-used words to discuss normal things, like "I am populating your information," and other out-of-place phrasing. in the end, the bot gave me no script and played it legally safe and said to seek an in-person appointment with my Dr. it was a big scam.

I have ringworm, went to K health to request an oral Rx. Sent a pic, got confirmation, but can't give me a Rx because its a chronic condition? I've used an over the counter external product and need a more potent med. Comments was Go see a dr who can evaluate you in person.

I saw that K health offer help for shortness of breath. For this reason I decided to pay $20 for 1 consultation. At the end the doctor recommended to go to ER. Well Is he going to pay? Why does he think I chose an online service instead of going to ER? Obviously I can not afford ER. At the end I spent my money for nothing and 2 hours total talking with a doctor, trying to find phone number which they dont have and writting this review.

They are not here for there patient's they just want your money try someone else complete waste of time and they could care less what happens to you

I just spent 1/2 hour trying to refill a prescription. Finally, after all the time, it says "cannot refill" "must see primary doctor". I do not have a primary care doctor. Why did you not state what your criteria was at the beginning? I have a health problem which is high blood pressure. I just need a renewal of the medication I have been taken for years. Not a run around. You could have asked me the medication and last doctor visit up front, before I gave you my personal and credit card information. I have a health problem and you are taking advantage of it. You are delaying my care and collecting my personal information which you are not using for my care. This is dishonest and unethical. Delete my account and all my personal information. I want nothing to do with your company. I tried to contact you by phone. Again, more delay and then "says we are not taking phonbe calls right now" Really, in the middle of a weekday?

Signed up, paid my money,only to be told no doctor was available at this time.Don't waste your time and money!!

I rate it 0. Made it sound like a doctor would treat you. Just got a computer response telling me to go to a doctor. What a waste of money. More like a scam. Something as simple as a cat bite needs antibiotics and I got zilch for my money.
