I get UTIs every few months or so. They always go away after antibiotics. My previous primary care doctor said that I was just one of those unfortunate women who was prone to them. The first couple times I used K they prescribed the antibiotics and all was well. Now, after approx 2 years of using the service, the doctor I chatted with refused to prescribe meds without labs. I explained that this is for sure a UTI, I get them frequently, and I am immobile/disabled and can not make it to the lab. She still refused to prescribe meds and was extremely rude. I paid for a membership after having luck the first couple times and thinking that I could use it for my frequent UTIs (it's even something they list that they can prescribe meds to treat!), but now I spend a couple hours waiting on chat responses only for the doctor to refuse to prescribe the antibiotics. This is such a scam/ripoff. It's antibiotics for documented frequent UTIs, not a controlled substance! Absolutely ridiculous that they'd try to force you to go to a lab and rather you develop a kidney infection instead of prescribe antibiotics that have always worked. If I was able-bodied enough to just go to an in-person doctor's office for something as simple as this, that's what I would do instead of using an app.

Don't waste your money, my boyfriend filled everything out under his email but we used my debit card for payment. It takes forever to give all your information, 2 seconds for them to take your money and never even got to speak to a Dr. A guess diagnosis is what my boyfriend got, no treatment. No way to speak to live person for reimbursement, total rip off!

Terrible, we wrote in different symptoms and every time they said it was 59% chance of COVID-19. Even when we wrote stubbed toe! They are nothing but hustlers. 2 times they said a Dr was on to talk to us. But they were not. Do not waste your time

GO to a REAL practice who actually considers all important variables rather than using a bot to obtain the needed information to make a correct comprehensive diagnosis. This place is a complete JOKE. If you want to pay for nothing but a waste of time, this is the place for you. You do not have to suffer! I had a horrible sinus infection. I had not used antibiotics in five years but they immediately refused to prescribe based on how long I had sinus pain alone. The doctor told me to use a netty pot and avoid decongestants. Like I hadn’t tried that. I ended up in the hospital the very next day because the infection was so bad I needed Antibiotic IV infusion. This is a neglectful “practice” and it will only be a matter of time before a class action lawsuit brings them down. Move along and get real help.

Total waste of time and money, these so called doctors don’t write prescriptions, this is a scam, don’t waste your money

WASTE of time and money!!!My son used this service after having fever of 103 for 2 days and symptoms of sinusitis. I am a Registered Nurse for 25 years. The #doctor" told him to get a COVID test and use home remedies (which we had already tried). She refused to order a zpack stating antibiotics are over used. She never bothered to ask him when the last time he used an antibiotic. They text you only and didn't even do a virtual visit.

Waste of time and money. Wouldn't give a prescription for eye drops for conjunctivitis for my 6yr.old told me to use artificial tears and cold compresses. I have had conjunctivitis and have always received prescription eye drops.
