Whoever just put that about this service being amazing must work for them. This is a total scam you don't get anything for your $19 just a chance to pay another charge. And I didn't realize it but they just charged my card again. I am contacting the BBB about this business.

This is a horrible site.The doctor asked what I was taking over the counter for my sinus infection, then he left the chat and noone would answer any of my questions.They take your money and then there terrible customer service

Joke won’t give antibiotics for uti without labs Absolutely a waste of time and money more time. If your trying too get a script without being subjected to COVID by going to your primary care doctors office or a lab this is not your place they have no clue about people with spinal cord injuries and how common urine tract infections are among other issues. Don’t even waste your time.

Do not waste your money!!! They will write back with a text the size of a book why they can’t give you an antibiotic, etc. If you want a prescription do not use K Health. If you like throwing your money away then go for it.

Very hard to build a relationship. Would not recommend. Honesty can be turned into a problem in more ways then one. "Normal" can be turned to "not normal" in more ways than one, too. I think common sense is lacking by most doctors. Again might be because of the relationship and that these doctors simply just do not know you. You get a different doctor each time. 🐺Protect your mind, heart, body, and souls. I do not recommended.

SCAM..... signed uo to talk to a dr around 6pm on a Friday finally got to chat with Dr after 930pm. Doctor confirmed he was calling in the rx for my son including dosing instructions. Go to pick up the antibiotics and it was never called in. Tried for hours to get in touch with someone to no avail. Once I indicated there was an issue the chat I paid for suddenly became unavailable and would just roll as it tried to connect. All other chats seemed to work and now they have again charged me. Having to contact my cc company to dispute the charges. Despicable company.
