if I could give this company a zero rating instead of a one I would, Dr. Cunningham was absolutely no help at all, she did not even try to diagnose me, she told me that I needed to see a doctor in person and that was that. I wasted my money to go see someone who told me exactly what my mom told me. The company won’t give me a refund either for that. Ridiculous. Please avoid at all costs and save your money.

Charged me $19. Their app is not compatible with my phone (which is a new, normal regular average smartphone). You cannot connect to a doctor via laptop. You cannot call KHealth at all because they don't have a phone number. You cannot get your money back.

Terrible terrible terrible pleas don’t waste your money there are not here to help you at all. There will be no prescription provided even if you tell them your systems answer all the question they will still want you to go to the clinic. The whole purpose of this place I thought was to avoid the doctor or clinic so I just paid $19.00 to speak with someone to tell me what I already knew and want me to go to a clinic or physician. They will jot provide you with a prescription or antibiotic for a UTI all all this is a scam don’t waste your time or money on these manipulating people scamming people..BBB will hear about this as well.

Total scam. Came in with an eye infection, they asked me to send a picture, recommended that I get treated at Urgent Care in person. Thanks but no thanks, that's why I signed up to use K Health in the first place, to avoid going to urgent care.

Terrible! Didn’t listen to me and seemed computer generated after taking my money. The worst ever. The medical doctors are fine but the mental health side are the worst ever. Just cause someone has anxiety doesn’t mean they are suicidal!

This is a JOKE. You make a payment and then your online doc will tell you to see a doc in person. Don't waste your money. Do your own research and use OTHER online platforms.

Same as everyone else they charge you to tell you go get covid testing they are a joke Everything is not covid I get this sinus infection 2 to 3 times a year and it takes antibiotics to get rid of it DO not USE
