If you have a fever(100.4), you are wasting your $73 visit. Their guidelines have changed since when I started using them in 2021. They will quickly send you to urgent care.

I just had a visit that I waited for almost 2 hrs for. It was for a UTI. She told me to go get labs done and see my primary physician. Do you think I have time for that? Why would I be talking to you? I work in audiology and have my own patients to see.

The clinicians refuse to speak to the patient. I'm happy to upload the screenshot of how bad this service is. If you need quick healthcare, Seasame is AMAZING! You can select your provider so you're comfortable with them. The Seasame providers have their pictures, credentials, and patient ratings. With K Health, you are stuck with whomever they give you to text after AI. K Health is redundant; you get the same questions twice, once with AI and again with the "medical provider." Since you never speak to an actual person, that could be AI, too. I texted with two K Health people who did nothing for me. Sesame was much easier to navigate, with no redundant questions. I SPOKE to a medical professional who listened to me; I could actually communicate and wasn't forced to click on a limited number of symptoms. Thanks to Seasame, I was given two prescriptions and am already starting to feel better. K Health did NOTHING to help me. Be your own advocate; you know your body best. Find a provider that listens to your concerns.

Truly awful. Beware this is a complete scam. They take your money and then spit out an answer they get from Google. This is NOT medical care, and it's dangerous.

Horrible! I would give zero stars if I could. They ripped me off. Charged me $150 after I cancelled and provided me no medical help for the initial $50 membership fee. I wasted lots of money without anything in return. Then they were only willing to refund $124 of the $150 even after I told them I tried to cancel. I only used this service one time and again, got absolutely nothing but a recommendation to get labs drawn when I was in a crisis situation and was trying to avoid an ER bill which is definitely the purpose of this app. Avoid at all cost unless you want to get scammed. The physicians are useless and the company is a rip off!

Useless, paid 50 bucks, clinician wanted me to take a picture of the inside of my nose to see my nasal polyps. DO they ask for pictures of a bacteria that's making you sick? Have you tried to take a picture of inside your nostril? I'm still in shock at the absurdity of that. Denied any treatment and out 50 dollars. I have requested a refund, no response as of yet.

Incompetent. The RX I needed was time sensitive for me to get into my system. I was asked to give the name, address & phone number of my pharmacy in which I gave. The clinician stated "RX is sent." Just to find out that it'd been called into a pharmacy I'd used years ago in a town that I no longer live. By this point, my current pharmacy was now closed. They give no real apologies, just a kind of "oopsies" and offered me a $20 credit for NEXT service, which is really just their way of ensuring to keep me as a paying customer. No thanks. Surely there are other more competent telehealth providers. $73 for a 2 minute SELF-diagnosis and they literally had ONE job and obviously cannot do it.

K Health can’t seriously help when you need actual medical attention. I had a UTI and was in immense pain. I spoke to a Dr on K-Health (after waiting an hour) and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I go see a Dr. in office. I wasn’t provided treatment so when I sought out a refund they declined me and said that the Dr. suggested I get a lab - that was the service. When you are in pain and are told to go make appointments elsewhere, so someone online can then tell you what’s wrong, feels so shady. I was in so much pain I ended up having to go to an actual Urgent Care where I was charged again BUT was able to get a lab done, speak to someone and get a prescription same day. K Health feels like a scam. They know there’s only so much they can do over the phone and yet STILL talk to you to make their money. I’m only leaving this review to save you money. Just go to a physical Dr. where they have all the tools needed to treat you. These people will talk to you and say they “suggested” treatment which you “declined” and then take your money.
