If I could give no stars I would. They deny people basic mental health services if they don't think you're messed up enough. They ask a series if generalized questions then decide if you're mentally ill or not. This is absolutely disgusting. I can not imagine the amount of people that have gone in and asked for help and were told no. Their AI is bull. Their doctors are trash. Find somewhere better.

The one rating is being extremely generous, as I would put this at negative stars if I could. I spoke with three different doctors at three separate times hoping I could get one of them to help me, but no, not one out the three would help. It was a waste of 7 hours that I'll never get back. These doctors don't want to help people at all. They didn't listen to my needs whatsoever. I was trying to get a prescription for depression, anxiety and insomnia, so this wasn't something to be taken lightly at all. Take your money over to plushcare where there are real doctors who are willing to help you and get all your questions resolved and prescribe medications all in less than 10 minutes. Ten minutes vs 7 hours. I'll never ever use k health again!

Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t prescribe a medicine I’ve used before and I included in what the say they cover. Not a controlled / scheduled drug. “See your PCP”…one of their competitors had no problem prescribing. A little more expensive but I got what I needed rather than this rip-off.

Don’t use can’t get doctor note

Ripoff! Do not use. Prescription never called in. Wasted time while ill. Pissing blood and I got scammed Filing BBB Case.

DO NOT USE. It is a scam, the doctors never even chat you. A robot chats you and your health problem won’t get resolved. They just want your money.

They provide very limited care and not worth using, Read the fine print or better yet look for a better online medical care option. This is a chat only app no video option to actually talk to a doctor. They can't prescribe many medications. You'll more than likely be told to go to your primary doctor to get what you actually need. If you sign up for the monthly price they charge you for 3 months at a time so it is $27 and the app default sets to auto pay so you have to go in and find the cancel option so you won't pay it again in 3 months. I'm being told i can't get a refund by "Team K" via support email, although i did not get the medication i really needed prescribed.

An hour of my life wasted. If you want to pay 19 to spend a hour of your life to say out loud what your symptoms are then this app is for you. SCAM DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY
