Where’s the button for ZERO stars??! What a joke! From the moment I downloaded the app and started answering their stupid, unrelated questions I knew I was in trouble. Then came the Doctor Who was absolutely no help at all! They advertise prescription refills but I was advised that I needed to go see my doctor. So what did you just charge me for?!

If I can give it zero stars I would. Of course you get what you paid for but c’mon! I’m sick this person texting me was like no I’m sorry I can’t give you anything go to your Dr.First off if it wasn’t Sunday I would’ve . Then I read another review and come to find out they do prescribe medications how rude !! It’s not like I was asking for drugs I really need my lung meds !

TERRIBLE. I thought the bad reviews were exaggerated and people weren’t getting prescriptions they wanted. They’re right and this company should be shut down. I have a simple issue that the website says they treat, which was a total lie. The “doctor” told me that I should go to a real doctor in person. What a joke. I waited a very long time thinking they would be so helpful and kind. Save your time and just go to Urgent Care.

Horrible service I went through the whole process of entering my information and then chat with a Dr just to have him say he can't prescribe me anything what a joke

I signed up for a 3 month membership for $27.00 and I received a consultation for some medication. I paid $30.00 for what I thought was the cost of the medicine but when I got to the pharmacy to pick it up they were charging me $175.00. It turns out the $30.00 I paid was for the consultation even though on their app it states that the membership benefits include unlimited access to clinicians who can prescribe medicine. It was not clearly stated anywhere that I would be paying for the consultation. So essentially, I wasted my money since I did not receive anything of value from them.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is not telehealth per se but rather text chat. Who is to say that you are actually talking with a real provider? Had covid and recovered, but I developed a cough and requested an inhaler and antibiotics. I am a health care provider and explained as such. They were rude and condescending and gave me steroids and tesslon perles. I called back 3 days later with worsening symptoms requesting an antibiotic. The provider said they don't do second opinions and wouldn't treat me. So I physically went to an urgent care for xrays and low and behold I have bronchitis and was given an inhaler and steroids. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE you risk being misdiagnosed and could potentially die due to the medical malpractice and negligence

A scam of the highest caliber. I paid $23 after contracting covid-19, hoping to get a vitamin D prescription. I specifically told them the reason for my contact. They told me in no uncertain terms to drink water & sleep. I could have done that for free using advice from Google. When I asked them to re-assess, they told me “ our doctor provided appropriate first line care that reflects our medical policies.” Avoid like the plague, no pun intended.
