Pure garbage …. Don’t waste ur money …. Use teladoc it’s so much better. The people at k health are so scared to order anything. Instead they tell u that u need to be seen in person. Then u lose your visit cost. Pure garbage. I’m a RN 23 years and can assure u stay away.

Stupid questions and no body replies. I hope they refund my 23$

Waste of time and money. Spent almost an hour trying to get a simple anti fungal and nope, couldn’t do that for me. Spend your money at ZodDoc or a walk-in clinic. Scammers.

I reportesd them to the FBI as they are fraudulent. Their claims are líes and u pay before they change the story. They should be shut down immediately as they steal money and are not a doctor service. All money should be returned to the víctims.

Dr. Monica J.r Williams still prescribed me a medication that I am allergic! My chart specifically says I’m allergic to sulfur in shrimp and sulfa in medicine. I came for a simple UTI when I seen the side effects of the medicine I merely told her all of this information is saved in our chat that I needed her to switch out that medication and I try to give her options that would work for me like the others in the past she continued to prescribe me Bactrim and come to find out after I took it I received a head cold, sweats, chills, threw up 5 times had to go to the hospital Receive Steroids and an EpiPen everything because I’m allergic These pop-up shop doctors should not have a title of Dr.I’m talking to my lawyer to see what I can do to sue her for malpractice.

Very ill after a trip to the Dominican Republic. I'm an RN and knew my symptoms were from the food and water. I figured the symptoms would be self-limiting so I was not initially worried. After a week of cramping and not being able to leave my house because I cannot venture from the toilet, I called K Health. The doctor wanted to write an RX for loperamide which I can get over the counter AND Zofran, neither is a cure, they merely minimize symptoms. I personally don't want to stop my body from its natural response to eliminated harmful bacteria, virus or parasites by halting these bodily functions. I asked for an antibiotic which is commonly prescribed for "Travelers Diareehea", she would not unless I went somewhere to get a sample tested. WHAT DO I NEED YOU FOR THEN. $23.00 WASTED. The next morning called my physician and he called in an antibiotic (no lab work). After 2 doses I am already feeling relief. Go to Urgent Care if you can't get a hold of your own doctor.

I used K health and my text conversation with the doctor started at 9:50 a.m.. she would wait 10 to 12 minutes in between each question and my response. I had a simple case of pink eye and at 10:44 am after four questions she told me that I need to go to an in person doctor. Unfortunately, I had spent my entire morning break and lunch break texting this doctor from K health and was unable to go to the doctor. I will not waste my money on this service again. Just be warned whenever you start a session it may take a full hour because the doctor is not just answering your call/text as she told me she had multiple text messages going on at the same time. Probably the rudest provider I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your money.
