They're doctors will not help with prescription

Awful- Bad - 😔 The reason I tried this service...sinus infection. My doc was unavailable as I was out of town. If I could give 0 stars I would. You don't get to video/see or talk to a real person...only text. Texting a doc seems sketchy at best... especially someone who's never met you. So that's all ya get. Text bubbles. Dr. Hon was short, ignored my med history of sinusitis and signed off with just a common "rinse with saline water". Yes, I have known that for years. All via TEXT. There's also no way to get a refund...I paid $99 for a year of this rubbish....my bad.

Everything about this service is more interested in signing you up for a monthly service than treating you. After providing way more info than felt necessary, and narrowly avoiding the $12 monthly service option at every turn, I was told that a prescription would not be provided unless I agreed to sign up for the $12 monthly. No treatment without it. What a scam.

I’m still waiting to talk to a clinician. Everything is done filled out everything paid for it this was about exactly 3 hours ago I’m still waiting I guess I won’t be able to get a prescription for my sinus infection today. Very disappointing

Listed as a scam by my cell phone provider. Not sure how they got my number to start texting me everyday. Apparently loads malicious software and is bad, bad, bad! DO NOT CLICK THE LINK AT ALL. Only option is to block the number that is texting to make it stop.

Set-up appointment via online. Was not feeling well and had chest congestion and yellow mucus. Of course I was sick and needed antibiotics. Was told by there clinician that I should Afrin nose spray and take Mucenex. What a joke, I told him him I’ve already tried that and needed a more stronger approach. He then stated that they are an antibiotic free, I was shocked. Long story short. Went to a local physician and I had a respiratory infection and that I needed antibiotics. This place is a joke and a waste of money, you’ll have better results with your local cvs. Don’t waste your time here.

Did not help me only recommended me to ER and exrays. My symptoms were covid related so I got tested came bk positive but I have been battling bronchitis symptoms for going on 4 weeks now so since covid is detected I guess no treatments are available Also because I was unvaccinated then It was my fault I got bronchitis/covid

they say that in minutes you can get the prescription, lie, I paid the $23 and told to wait for a doctor to get in touch. That's been two days ago. And the diagnosis that appeared was wrong, they said it was a prostate problem and it was a urinary infection. I do not recommend
