I never write reviews ,how ever I just have to about this. I signed up thought maybe it was a good thing , and price was good. Got contacted from a Dr (do not want to hang anyone out here by name ) by text, her answers to my text took for ever, so after a while I politely text her that this is not for me. I can't see the Dr ,and the all ready charged me $23 ,though it was my first appointment, and that suppose to be free !!! They knew my health problem before she start texting me, yet I never got any help with it, just more questions . Don't think that was a Dr ...when I look up the Dr on the page ,no one with her name is there! I emailed support team twice ,to delete my account a d information, and refund me. No responds that it will be done, so I called them ended up to a machine saying there is no one that can answering the call. What a surprise so proffesional ..scam I think when you can't reach anyone ! Sad

I signed up for their behavioral health plan a few months ago and it was good in the beginning. The response time was fast, but this has changed dramatically. Now, if I want a refill, I have to reconnect with a provider and wait for 3 to 4 hours to get help. This is ridiculous and not true to convenient/accessible healthcare that they promote. With their current business model, I anticipate that they will slowing lose market share to some other company who can satisfy the demand for timely service. I would not recommend them at this point.

Don't waste your money! I have chronic sinus infections and tried to get help through khealth. Got a scripted bot response about warm compress and on and on. No help just took money.

In reading the other experiences, it is evident that there are some major issues with this type of healthcare system. I have had less than stellar customer service as have many of the other people that have left feedback. I had an appointment and have waited almost an hour, all to no avail. I will monitor throughout the day to see, if and when, anyone starts my appointment or even gets back to me via text. I am beginning to suspect this is a total waste of time, money, and effort. The fundamental plan this is built on is great, but implementing its strategy has resulted in complete failure (as suggested by many others and myself).

The wait time was much longer than I expected given the 24/7 advertised availability. The responses from the doctor felt like Google or WebMD copy and pastes. The diagnosis just didn’t feel right and I ended at urgent care getting proper treatment, for an diagnosis that was not even mentioned by the AI or doctor. Maybe some things shouldn’t be replaced by the internet, like doctors. I wouldn’t use this company again, and wouldn’t recommend other try it. Don’t be fooled by the low price, the low quality of service matched the low price.

If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service and even worse communication. Did not help at all with my extremely painful bladder infection. Wanted me to go get tested for stds (which was not even a possibility in my case), and a uti, then would go from there after the results came in 2-4 days later. Asked for refund and got a thank you for your feedback. Never using again!

Scam. Nowhere before they take your money do they tell you that child must be present for a simple pink eye antibiotic. I am at work trying to avoid a simple doctors office visit for what I know is pink eye. They wanted selfie of us together and her pink eye.

Needed to be treated for a simple UTI. Was connected and disconnected with two providers and did not receive service. Communication is with a bot. Would not recommend.
