Worst thing I’ve ever done in regards to my health . I sat around with a uti for hours without a single response from a clinician . I spent 25+ dollars on a “visit” all to probably have to go to the hospital with my newborn all because these people have no regard for someone’s time. Nor do they care about my pain. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Their big thing to advertise is that they’ll get you the prescription you need for that common condition you have. Well, not really! Was told I can’t get a prescription for my UTI unless I go get a urinalysis that I’d have to pay for out of pocket. Combine that with the fee to talk to the doctor and then whatever the medication will cost and you can just go to urgent care for the same price. If I could afford to do that, I’d just go to a doctor.

I had bad tonsillitis and the provider on the app said they would prescribe a ten day antibiotic. I took one pill and realized the prescription I picked up was only for seven days. I contacted the app and the new provider said they had sent in the wrong prescription, and she said she would call in another prescription, and never did. I ended up having to go to the ER because my symptoms got so bad. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

Waste of time and money! I have had pneumonia man times in my life. I told them my symptoms and their clinician told me that I have a virus for which there are no medication! Whatever! I guess I'll have to go in to urgent care where I can get some competent medical treatment and actually get a prescription. This service is useless!

Doctor insisted my son had allergies when it was clearly a viral infection. Doesn’t listen to what the patient is saying. Won’t use again.

What a waste of time and money. Out of town and needed help. There advice, go to your Family DR. Gee, what a great idea?? Oh I am out of town.. This was just pathetic.

I tried to use K Health for a sinus infection that wouldn’t get better for more than a month and turned into a fever. Many sinus infections are viral and resolve on their own without antibiotics, but the doctors on K Health clearly have a goal to avoid prescribing antibiotics in any circumstances. They suggested over the counter decongestants and nasal sprays (duh) and to follow up if I’m not better in a few days. I was worse in a few days and was told again to wait a few more days and that they won’t prescribe me antibiotics. I’ll have to visit urgent care to get antibiotics for what is clearly a bacterial sinus infection. The doctor’s messages are also clearly canned, pre-written messages throughout most of the conversation.
