Was looking for treatment of a UTI and my family doctor was out of the office. Took forever to get through all the questions. Then when the "doctor" finally connects she refuses to give me medication for the UTI even though I had taken a home test that was positive. Charged $35 bucks to tell me nothing. Do not waste your time or money. Very uncaring and unprofessional. Big time scam and rip off.

Unbearable pain keeping me up at 2 am. I called K Health with a severe ear infection. The person on the other end prescribed me ear drops. I explained this was SEVERE pain to unbearable level. Before I could ask for some antibiotics she left the call. No notification, just gone. When I tried to reconnect I was give another person who tried to say I was asking for a second opinion. Wth?? No, last night was excruciating and I did not want another night like it. K Health's response.... tough. Now I am up at 2am with shooting pain in my head. Run away from K Health. Worthless and painful

Don't waste your money on this scam, they told me to go see a real doctor for my anxiety.

The most unacceptable and unprofessional organization that I have ever experienced in mental health. The notion of feeling like a number is an understatement with this organization, and folks wonder why mental health is a problem in the US. This organization is more concerned about money than they are the people. The doctor who I spoke with did not want to be there, didn’t even ask ‘how are you today,’ tried cutting me off in my message in stating that I need to give short answers when I was explaining my situation, etc. STAY AWAY FROM K HEALTH!!!!

I do not think I was talking to a real person. It seemed like it was a robot chat to me. It asked me questions and I picked out possible Dental infection after hour and finally being able to interact with the chat they said they were real person. They told me I would need to go to a doctor to get help with my dental infection before I even talked to anybody they already took the money out of my checking account. I had to fill out a bunch of questions that were unrelated to what I needed.

I said right at the onset that I was there for a Paxlovid prescription when it initially asked the purpose of my visit today. I continue by filling out a dozen (or 2) questions detailing every last thing about my health history, pay my money, go through the whole symptoms list again with the doctor and s/he tells me "it's just a virus and you'll have to ride it out" even though I've already said I tested positive for Covid. I ask again for the Paxlovid prescription, and they finally told me they don't prescribe it on that platform. WHAT? The US govt is providing it for free, and I've already called the pharmacy closest to me and they have plenty....But this platform won't prescribe it? LAME. If I hadn't expressly stated that I'd come to the site specifically for that, it'd be one thing, but I stated it right away and I should have been informed BEFORE I paid. I've asked for a refund and they said they'd "put in a request"...we will see what happens.

A rip off. My cousin was recently diagnosed with strep throat and came over the house. Now I have a bad sore throat. The nurse practitioner stated it was allergies. I have no allergies. Also, no medication was given. A waste of $35

I don't know what has happened with this company. I have used the app several times in the last two years and was very happy. The last two visits I had the doctor did not give me their background or qualifications as was standard in previous visits. The last time I used this service I felt I was being scammed. I need some antibiotics and was told to get a covid test and go to a free clinic or the Emergency room. I know I don't have covid, I don't have any of the symptoms of covid but who ever the "doctor" was did not listen to me. They took my money and gave me no service.
