I would give zero stars if I could! Please do not waste your time or money with them. I needed to use their service for a uti (mine are recurrent and the symptoms are always the same). The whole point is to avoid costly visits and the ER. I paid them just to keep getting asked the same questions over and over and to get no prescription. I feel ripped off, I’m still in pain and now I have to spend more money elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!

Khealth is a rip off. The doctors never want to prescribe anything to help and very often refer you to see an in person doctor. Complete waste of money and time.

They are a scam. Do not use. Save your money

Scams.. No stars if I could..2nd time paid and get message saying go to the urgent care since I haven't been diagnosed recently. Should have been refunded .

If I could give it zero I would. Just had the rudest condescending doctor who decided to end my treatment with Khealth after using them for years. This was unacceptable and I am in shock that this “doctor” would abruptly end a patient’s mental health treatment… not okay

I have tried this company twice and both times I paid to have someone be wrong and cause me more pain by not prescribing anything to actually clear up an infection, just things to help with soreness

I actually believed I could get help since I do not have insurance. They make you feel out all of your symptoms, get your money first and then tell you they cannot help you and you need to see a doctor. I wouldn’t have paid the money if I had a doctor. I do not have an extreme illness like cancer.

This company is a fraud. All they will tell you is to take over the counter drugs and reach back in a week if not go to the E.R. This was only for a case of sinusitis. Don't waste your money
