I felt like I could have been given the correct medications and I wasn’t

The point for using a Telehealth app for acute care is to circumvent going in to see a doctor in person. I had a severe cough and upper respiratory infection with all the symptoms and NY doctor, Oscar Dellinger, refused to prescribe me any treatments. Went to all the process of answering their lengthy questions to only be told I need to see a physician in person. Waste of time and money. Plushcare is better where at least you get a video consultation with a prescription.

I used these people once last year for an urgent care visit. I was having a panic attack, which I tend to have, and needed to be calmed down by someone who knew what they were doing. The visit costed 50 dollars or so. Three months later, they bill me 150 dollars. And every 3 months after that they've continued to bill me 150 dollars without me noticing, for a total of 5 times. Are you serious? I didn't sign up for anything like that, this was a single urgent care visit. I deleted the app right after and I haven't used them once since. Don't let these people take your money, steer clear of this company whose M.O. seems to be to take from people when they're down.

The last 2 times I've used them for simple issues that I've been diagnosed with by a doctor in the past, these rip offs want to take my $75 and refer me to an urgent care. Which is insane. For a UTI which I get often and an ear infection. Don't waste your money, they won't help you.

They just talk and refer you to someone. Can't get BASIC assistance. I have had a total of four visits and got assistance on ZERO

The app is *horrendous* from a technical perspective. Workflows are broken, it’s not intuitive, and on top of that, you get canned answers and non-personalized care from providers.

Worst telehealth experience I have ever had. The nurse practitioner was condescending and frankly rude when I discussed my medical issue. She did not listen to what I had to say, forgot or ignored information I shared earlier, and was generally unhelpful. K health essentially wasted over an hour of my time and stole $73 from me. Anyone else who has had issues with them, I suggest reporting to your states medical licensure board, as my state is looking into K Health now.

Used the app for a sinus / ear infection. needed prescription for antibiotics. Instead of pills got drops which did nothing to help. was told I needed to go to a in person doctor. defeats purpose of app. waste of time and money.
