I missed one appointment after my mother passed away unexpectedly. They refused to refill my antidepressant and informed me that "it would be unsafe."
The wait times are ridiculous, and the doctors are rude anyway. I'd stay far away from this app. I canceled my subscription to them as well.

Really really terrible
Really really terrible. If you are suffering from depression or anxiety, i do not recommend this app what so ever. Wait times are very long to get in contact with a provider. My medication abruptly stopped because i missed a follow up when i was on vacation. Really bad business practice

They’re not real doctors
They’re not real doctors, total scam. Need antibiotics from chronic upper respiratory infection to avoid seizures. My girlfriend with lesser symptoms was able to get them from her doctor but k health told me to “walk it off.” They’ll get shut down hopefully

They will take your money and not…
They will take your money and not fulfill services. I called and spoke to a rep and was hung up on. Total scam!

I will never use k health again
I will never use k health again. I had the worst experience ever. The doctor had terrible bedside manner and no compassion. She did absolutely nothing. May as well have thrown that money in the garbage. I do not recommend Catherine Harrington to my worst enemy.

Bad Service, Huge Rip-Off, Don't Use
I used them a few times and found it to be an annoying and frustrating experience with mixed results. I used this, because I have no health insurance and needed to get some prescriptions while traveling. They initially made me answer a series of auto-generated questions through the app and then took between 1 and several hours to find a physician in my area to consult. The first few times, I was pleased that they at least eventually found someone and provided a prescription, which was usually an antibiotic or antifungal medicine. The last time, I got pretty mad, because they charged me $35 for the consult, made me wait over 1 hour for a doctor, tortured me with additional questions, denied me treatment (prescription for my yeast infection), and also denied me a refund. That was the last time I'll ever use them. What a rippoff! (They said they would only refund if they were unable to provide treatment within their protocol, so apparently I didn't meet their protocol, which is a hint that you should just copy and paste all the generic symptoms from WebMD if you need to use them, because they are egg heads.)

If I could give them a 1 I would
If I could give them a 1 I would! At the beginning of using the app they were very helpful in providing the medication needed. Now they are a complete rip off. I’m deleting the app and going back to dr on demand even though they are a bit pricey
