K health saved me! As a new entrepreneur, health care can be expensive. I was suffering with a uti and urgent care wanted to charge me almost $800. After a Google search, I found K health. Dr. Annette was amazing. After confirming my symptoms, she called in a prescription right away. Also reminded me there is an rx saver card in the app, to save money on my prescription. That card took $35 off. I felt immediate relief. I highly recommend this app!!!

I have the VA medical system for healthcare but hard to see get appointments especially for female related issues. Was able to sign up, go through my symptoms, speak with a dr, and get a script within an hour. I would recommend this service for non-life threatening issues that are easily diagnosable.

Great experience. Quick and Dr was super friendly. She was quick to call prescriptions in for my lower back. I would highly recommend if you need a dr right away and dont have insurance.

I joined at $27. I have many health issues. I was able to get help with ease. I was a bit confused as to how to use it at first. I received 4 different meds. One wasn't what was needed and I returned to the chat for that appointment and explained what happened and it was corrected... Cream vs ointment issue. I tried a couple of times as I didn't complete the process the first time to actually reach someone. People are complaining however it says plain as day... If it is an emergency situation go to the ER... They also state they don't treat extremely depressed people in the mental health section. They won't give narcotic prescriptions either. I think the people who have complaints did not read all of the details or complete the process correctly!!! My meds were ready to pick up at my pharmacy faster than I ever experienced!!! I was addressing chronic health issues and was able to provide documentation with a MRI. They give referrals also. I would suggest paying the 27$ ($9 a month for 3 months). It's only 8$ more than a one time visit. So if you need help after the 7 days they give for a follow up you are covered. I love how the notes were still there (the exact communication with the prior doctor) So I didn't have to repeat the information. The first time I put lots of information before I got to the connection with the doctor part. The second time I put the bare minimum and actually went into details with the doctor. That was way easier!!! It also took a lot less time to go through the process. It took about an hour the first time to get a response. However they did say that it could take a little longer. To keep me from sitting in an office with Covid- 19 present and no gas, nor being bothered with strangers... Still in the comfort if my own home... 😍😍😍 The second time I was taking care of other business... No stressful added chores to my day and I got amazing treatment.

Worked great for me in Nebraska. I answered the prompted questions and gave a mini explanation of what I was dealing with(dental infection) and sent it off. The doctor texted me back through the app in about 40 minutes. He explained that I would need to follow up with a dentist and sent an antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy. From downloading the app to having pills in my hands took about a 2 hours. Worked great!
