Needed a simple antibiotic for an infection. Told me to go to the Dr in person. I didn't need to give them $35 to tell me that. Said they don't treat infections. What do they treat besides themselves to my credit card? I'll be calling dispute in the morning I sent an email saying I wanted my money back. Got a reply saying it would be refunded in 5-10 days. Will update if it does Gave me the refund but I didn't ask for it. More like demanded it. Still took quite a bit of time and info for the so much less than helpful medical advise they gave me. I'm going to stick with my one star. Too much trouble for nothing

After having Covid symptoms and getting a positive at home test I contacted them to see if I could get a antiviral which is what the cdc recommends. I informed them I was taking ibuprofen and Tylenol to help with my fever. They literally copy and pasted text from the cdc telling me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol(which I just told them I was) and then said Covid is a virus and I have to wait 7-10 days to get over it. Why would you not prescribe the antiviral to someone with Covid which was on the same CDC webpage you just copy and pasted your response from?! Total was of time and money.

I was auto pay money taken out onto the 28th of the month med to be sent on the 31st I got them 11 day later no explanation basically oh well

First, they get your money. Second, they tell you to go see a Dr. in person. Third, they log out without a word. If you email a complaint you get an unsympathetic response telling you to go else where. I did.

Don’t waste your time coming to them for anything.

Spent 30 seconds with me to tell me go to my local clinic. I had an earache, which occurs typically once a year due to allergies, but couldn’t give me antibiotics. Amoxicillin must be killing people nowadays after reading all these reviews. Not sure why they can’t treat simple issues like an ear ache. If after a week antibiotics don’t work, then I would agree with them saying go see your doctor but to not even try just tells me they are a scam.

Would not prescribe antibiotics for strep throat. Kept telling me that it’s viral even though I have had strep before. I know the difference. She didn’t care just collecting $35 fees, no help. Told me to go to urgent care in person. Waste of time and money.
