K Health worked great for me! I'm a younger woman in New England with basically no health issues other than a UTI every few years. After a few days of unsuccessfully trying to stave off another one with fluids and cranberry pills, I used their $19 one-appointment feature to try to get a prescription. I just had to text with their chatbot about my symptoms, upload a self-photo and a photo of my driver's license, and then wait about 5-10 minutes to text with a doctor. The doctor sent a prescription for the UTI to my local pharmacy based on my symptoms alone (no urine test, although it looks like the site does require testing for men), and I just picked it up. Will update this review later if they do anything weird like continuing to charge my credit card as a few of you mentioned, but so far, I'm very happy with the service and would recommend it to others!

I can assure any of the people calling this a scam and saying the good reviews are written by K Health employees, that I am not an employee. I paid for a single visit today was contacted by a real doctor who chatted with me and called in a prescription right away. I was both pleased and impressed with the level of care and happy that I could have the while appointment experience while I was doing my dialysis treatment, heh.

On vacation got UTI again, of course can’t get hold of my doctor, got on this app $19 and a couple chats with a bot and a doctor, got my prescription. Love them.

Worked for me! I had a dental abcess and needed antibiotics quickly. Dont have health insurance and my local clinic could not see me for over a week which was to far away as I was in pain. Joined K Health a little skeptical but decided to do the 3 month for $27 option. Within 30 mins I had a consult via the k health app with a doctor who quickly and efficiently diagnosed what antibiotics I needed and sent the prescription straight to my local pharmacy. So for me I give it 5 stars.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. This site is stupid cheap, even without insurance. If you read through what they treat and don’t treat/prescribe, it’s laid out pretty straightforward. I was having a reoccurring issue that I believe is oral thrush due to me taking immunosuppressive medications, smoking, and other bad habits…. I told the doctor what was going on, sent a pic, and he sent a script for anti fungal meds to my pharmacy with a recommendation to follow up with them or my PCP if it gets worse. $19 is a heck of a lot cheaper than my PCP office visit without insurance, and accomplished the same thing. I’d definitely recommend this platform.

I was definitely skeptical of this, especially with the bad reviews but I was out of town and had an eye infection and was a super worried about having to figure out finding a doctor or an immediate care but this was so convenient and probably cheaper than if I would’ve gone into a doctors office. They sent in my prescription for eye drops and I picked them up and was good to go!

I’ve used K health twice. Once in January and again today. I’ve had a great experience both times. Unfortunately, I’m very prone to UTI’s. For this reason, I take a lot of preventive measures to ensure I don’t get one. But every so often, one still slips through. if you’ve had a uti, you know the pain & urgency can be unbearable. I’m barely able to make it in to the shower and get dressed let alone drive to my doctors office (if they can even see me today). My doctor copay is $25. A single visit on K health is $19. So it’s actually cheaper than my doctor. I chatted with a bot about my symptoms and in less than an hour, I was connected with a doctor. The doctor prescribed me macrobid which has worked well for me in the past. And in about another hour, the prescription was ready for pickup at my pharmacy. This is the fastest and most convenient solution I’ve found for known, simple fix medical issues. I’m so glad I found them it’s a life saver for me.

No issues. Whole thing done in about 20 minutes. Received script for antibiotics. A lot more convenient than going to a doctor’s office, when the end result will be the same.
