Absolutely loved it. Would have payed way way more go get BV medication at the OBGYN. You talk to a bot at first, which makes sense, but then you get connected to a specialist. Mine was very thorough and kind, prescriped me antibiotics to the pharmacy of my liking and I could go and pick it up easily. With their Rx coupon instead of $15 I only payed $3 for my antibiotics. I'm blown away, will most definitely be using this in the future again!

Got a diagnosis for a UTI, and antibiotics prescribed pretty quickly! Answered about 15 min of questions, and waited an hour for an available dr. People with bad reviews, i went into this knowing there is only so much they can do!!! It’s not a scam if a telehealth visit is not enough for your circumstances. Overall a positive experience.

If you know what they are capable of prescribing from the get go then you won't be disappointed. My girlfriend got antibiotics right away for her UTI and I was able to get depression meds quickly. Don't expect to get something like a doctors note for work or heavy pain meds. They just can't do certain things, which is completely reasonable.

Signed up tonight bc I couldn't get to an Urgent Care as they were all closed. My daughter had what I assumed was pink eye. After signing up, answering the questions I had a clinician contact me, took pics of my daughters eye and was in touch within a clinician within an hour. She prescribed an antibiotic for pink eye. We are out of state and it was great to be able to have the ability to get a diagnosis and the help we needed. Not only was she helpful, it saved us time and money to not have to wait till the morning to get to an Urgent Care. Mixed reviews but I am definitely content with the results. Any other major medical issue I would definitely prefer a doctor or Urgent Care but for something that can be addressed over the phone, I definitely will continue to use K Health.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews,,, I just had my first experience with them yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about them. I needed an antibiotic for a tooth/gum infection. I downloaded their app ,,, followed all the prompts, paid my money,,, explained my situation in live chat,,, took pictures live,,, and I picked up my antibiotic within 45 minutes. I feel this app is a godsend. I will definitely use it again if need be. Prayers were answered

Worked excellent for me. This was my first time using any type of online medical service & would use them again. I have an abscessed tooth & won't be able to see the dentist for 5 days. KHealth hooked me up with a doctor in my state. In less than 2 hours I had my antibiotics in hand. Yes, you have to answer some chat bot questions. No big deal. I am well satisfied.
