The app is useless. Cant refill a prescription due to glitches in their system. I take a generic anti-depression med and their menu options only list limited options so i always have trouble starting the refills chat. So annoying!!!

Absolute trash. Sat on an estimated 5 min screen for 45 minutes to be told to take over the counter medication I have already been taking. Even I argued I was told they couldn't prescribe me an antibiotic for a sinus infection as if I was going to get addicted to it... I will never waste my time again and you shouldn't either.

Wasted half an hour minutes “chatting” with a doctor who took forever to respond between all 3-4 whole whopping questions asked, and then basically said they can’t help me, I should go to see a doctor in person, and still charged me for the visit. All over a simple infection for which I needed a simple antibiotic. Taking advantage of people who need fast, inexpensive medical care is not okay. Refusing to issue a refund when unhappy with the service and needing the money to put towards a REAL doctor instead of these money grabbers is even worse.

K health was not helpful for me at all. First, I had technical difficulties for like 5 days before I could even connect with a clinician. I was seeking treatment for anxiety and my doctor only asked me questions about depression, when I had said multiple times that I hadn't had severe depression in years. Finally, I was refused treatment from k health, the doctor said it seemed like my case was too severe for virtual treatment when I was never asked questions about the thing I was actually seeking treatment for.

I have used them in the past but this time when I went to them for a dental abscess they refused to treat me and told me to see a dentist (after taking my $35 and keeping me waiting almost an hour in the chat). Luckily they refunded me when I called customer service, but this was really strange. I won't use them again. From reading, it sounds like they're no longer treating a lot of things. Even a dentist will give you an RX for antibiotics before they can treat you. I ended up going back to and getting help from Callon Doc btw. At least they refund you if the doctor doesn't give you an RX or can't help you!

Said ‘see a doc now’ so I spent 15 minutes filling out all the details they need, upload driver’s license etc Then it say wait time est 5 minutes Then 25 minutes later it changed to several hours! I could have driven to urgent care quicker than that. Paid 35 for nothing

This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. After explaining my symptoms from an exact problem I've had in the past they told me to go see a doctor. I paid $35 for this??? I could have went to Google for free! Do not waste your money!!! They will not issue any treatment or prescriptions.

They use to be reliable. Unfortunately, they are no longer reliable and their customer service has gone downhill. So, I switched to Nurx.
