I downloaded the app, followed the instructions, answered a lot of questions concerning my illness, and a Doctor got online and spoke with me. Got my prescription in an hour and am feeling much better! Thank you for your help while on vacation!

I’m really not sure why there are bad reviews :-( my experience was amazing! A doctor chatted with me in less than 10 minutes and my prescription was sent in less than 20! I’ll definitely use this service again in the future if I ever need quick and efficient service!!

I have used this a handful of times for common things I don't want to wait for a pcp appointment for ie uti, sinus infection If you understand that they treat a limited scope (since it is telemedicine), the app is great for those things. Response are fast. Meds sent right away. And I like the symptom checker you can go through prior to talking to a doctor.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I had an easy time with the chat, a doctor took about thirty minutes but once she came on the medicine was sent to my pharmacy for a UTI. Maybe the people not getting medicine are checking some type of red flag symptom that causes the algorithm to tell the doctor not to prescribe?

I’m honestly shocked at the bad reviews. I feel it’s probably a lack of research that caused their bad experience. They are really clear about what they treat and prescribe so if you read their FAQ’s ahead of time you can gauge if it’s right for you. It was so easy and painless and that’s big for me because I hate going to the dr. Highly recommend for basic treatments.

I had horrible uti symptoms downloaded the app yes at first its an automated system asking question but after talking with the doctor was sent a prescription to my local pharmacy and it was ready to pick up in 30 min .

I needed help with treating anxiety and depression but mostly anxiety at the moment. I spent a matter of minutes answering a few questions about my symptoms. It was definitely a bot but I expected that. It took about 20 minutes probably to connect me with a clinician who then asked me to tell them you know why I had reached out. So via text I explained what was going on with me and my anxiety attacks and I explained the medication I'd taken in the past, that it helped, etc., and I felt that they were very thorough. She told me there was some options you know that I could use medication I'd used before she could also suggest something else. She also asked me what I was doing aside from medication to assist with my anxiety you know such as meditation and journaling and things like that. This cost me $19 plus the cost of the medication which is about $6. I thought this was an amazing app. In previous years I've spent thousands of dollars on doctors, copays and deductibles to be given basically the same treatment and the same medication. I can't imagine anybody complaining about this. Of course there will be limitations on what they can do through an app via text. Be sensible, people. If you have some severe medical issue or if you need a doctors physical evaluation to determine a diagnosis, and/or care immediately this is probably not the place to look for that (why would you?) but this type of care has a place. It definitely it works for me and I'll use it again.
