I know there are some bad reviews on here, but my visit was awesome. The doctor saw me within 10 minutes of me verifying my information and was able to prescribe me antibiotics and a cough suppressant for sinusitis. My visit was late in the evening around 9:45 pm and it was super convenient. She prescribed my meds to a local Walgreens that was open 24 hours and I picked them up within 30 minutes. The visit was $12, you can cancel anytime and I was even given a link to share that gave a friend a free visit. Overall 10/10 would use again. If you’re skeptical, I’d say try them out for yourself before you write them off completely. I’ve used the telehealth platform “98.6” in the past and my only complaint would the $120 fee they charge upfront. This place only costs $12 monthly or $23 per visit, give them a chance.

I was overall happy with my experience. It did take around an hour to get connected with a doctor, but he spent over half an hour with me. I was impressed. He prescribed meds for my anxiety and depression. I’m super thankful. He seemed to genuinely care how I was feeling.

Was super simple and cheaper than urgent care. (I signed up for three months.) I had an appointment with my dentist later in the week, but my tooth was killing me over the weekend. Completed the questionnaire in the app. Then, doctor interviewed further for the antibiotics prescription. Picked up the prescription at my local pharmacy 30 minutes later. Thank you!

Used them for a UTI. It was easy and convenient. The wait time to speak with a clinician was more like an hour but with how convenient and “on-demand” it is, it’s not that bad of a wait. I’d recommend using this for minor/non-complicated infections.

You can tell by reading what some of these negative reviews are saying. They are pill chasing and get mad that this service isn’t giving them prescriptions. I recently used this service and will definitely use again! Very throughly and fast. Definitely found a gem to use again in the future.

I had oral thrush.I was with a doctor , Stephan pomrenke, in less than 2 minutes. Super fast, he spent probably over a half an hour with me. He was very helpful and respectful. And I did the one time $23 and I don’t have health insurance . I received advice and a prescription. I got way more than I expected, it was simple to use, and super convenient.

Great telehealth option. I've used multiple times for UTIs and yeast infections. I worked in telehealth in the past, so I understand it's legal limitations. Price per year is equal to competitors like Amwell and 98point6. People upset about not getting the med they want are just not familiar with telehealth. It's for very standard issues, not complicated issues. Also, if you have a cold, dont expect a zpack just because you paid- it's a medical provider and they have strict rules around antibiotics. That said, I had no issue saying which antibiotics work for me for UTI and they were happy to prescribe. The app has a couple confusing UI moments. The first time I used it I missed the rejoin chat and went through the whole intake again. Or if you rejoin and the provider isnt "in the room" then you wont see the text entry box, which will seem like the app isnt working, but just hang tight and the provider will come back which will make the input box reappear so you can type. It does warn of possible 1 hour wait times on average- they're not a huge company like teladoc and likely some providers are seeing patient in person or such at the same time. You can wait longer at busy times, but still better than going to an urgent care. Thing to remember is it's not amazon or an online store. You dont pay and get antibiotics. It's a healthcare provider. So I think a lot of people feel like they're paying to get a medication they want, like an online store, but that's not how telemed works. It's for simple things that meet certain criteria.
