I had an excellent experience. I was a little nervous after paying for the visit then going online to check the reviews, but I'm so happy with the service. I don't have health insurance currently, so paying $23 to speak to a clinician that can send over an RX to help me start feeling better is a total WIN in my book. The visit lasted about 15 minutes, I got two notifications to get back on the app to meet with them and my RX was sent right over when we finished. They also sent over a clinical summary. I would for sure use this service again!

Paid $23 for an appointment at 10:37 p.m. because it hurt to swallow, I was pretty sure I had tonsillitis. Met with a doctor at 11:59 p.m. (it sounds like a long wait, but it was a late night on a Wednesday and I didn’t want to drive to a shady urgent care in town, I didn’t even expect to speak with someone until the next day!). He was kind, asked me to send a picture of the back of my throat in good lighting which I did. I didn’t even see all the white spots on my tonsils and back of my throat until I took that picture, was diagnosed with strep and will be picking up a prescription from khealth at my local CVS in the morning. I had an amazing experience, the negative reviewers must have had a bad doctor. I met with Dr. Whitaker Smith and had a great experience. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Despite all of the bad reviews , I signed up and got with a doctor in less than an hour . My prescription was called in immediately, and while my pharmacy was already closed, I’ve given a call this AM to confirm and it’ll be ready in 30 minutes ! Way easier than going to the doctor when you already know the issue ! Signed up for the monthly because it’s never been so easy !

My doctor was on vacation. First time using site. Was skeptical giving ID, but was frustrated with the NP in my doctor's office. I did have to have patience in getting an answer, but I did contact them late at night. But in the morning my prescription was waiting for me at my drugstore. It was for a UTI. I would definitely use K Health again. I would highly recommend them. I will spread the word. Next time will be faster because I am registered. Oh, and I am feeling much better thanks to K Health.

So it was not a scam for me. Great service. It was for an ailment which I considered minor but still needed a prescription.

I have used khealth twice now and will now most likely not go to regular doctor for small stuff. Was able to get me antibiotics and antifungal prescriptions. No video just texting and sending photos if necessary. My first time I was almost instantly connected with a doctor the second time I waited 15 minutes maybe but its better than a doctors office visit and for small stuff you are sure of then khealth is good to get easy prescriptions.

Excellent! Diagnosed by discussion and sending picture and prescription written. Good fill-in when you can't get your Dr. on the weekend and don't want to find an open urgent care and wait. Took several hours to get my call back, but was alerted on my phone and e-mail. I missed first message and connected on second. Yes, would recommend and use again.

the negative reviews seem to be from people who think they always need medication and know better than the clinicians. They were able to treat my condition from the phone in a quick manner. I understand that sometimes you need to be seen in person.
