If I could rate this a 0 I would. I had a serve sinus infection, ear pain, I requested an antibiotic. I was told to take some OTC medication, cough syrup ( in which I had no cough or sore throat) and to drink some hot tea with honey. I explained I had been doing this for the past 5 days, and I was told it was viral, and they would tell their own family the same thing. I argued with them, because I know my body and I knew I needed an antibiotic, denied. BEWARE TOTAL SCAM, asked for a video chat denied said it wouldn’t change, no treatment. I did get an antibiotic, due to my past history of sinus infections, and not being on an antibiotic unless necessary. This is the second time I was denied, last year I woke up with an abscess on my tooth, mouth swollen, sent I tired as they requested, denied me an antibiotic and of course took the $35.00. Due to it being a Saturday my dentist was not open, I was in pain and ended up in the emergency room, where I was prescribed an antibiotic. So if you want to throw money away sign up here, not helpful at all.

Horrible experience. Don’t waste your money, all they are going to tell you is what you might have and that you need to go into a clinic… google does that for free. The “doctors” seem to have a 8th grade education at best. Wish I would have read the reviews prior…

I should have read the reviews first - they are true. Don't use this service. They wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for a known dental infection. Simple amoxicillin which I already have but will run out in a few days. Waste of time and money.

This site is such a scam! First off I have insurance and could have gone to an urgent care to be seen but I knew exactly what was wrong with me and thought maybe this would be a better alternative than spending the time at an urgent care place. I filled out the online questionnaire and got my results. The results were 90% uti (which I knew I had), 6% kidney infection, and 4% kidney stones. So once I got the results I was like yep that sounds about right because like I said, I knew I had a uti. After receiving the results I paid the $35 and waiting over 2 hours to be “seen”, just to be told I need to be evacuated in person because there’s a chance it could be kidney stones or a kidney infection! I mean there’s always a chance it could be something else right? I explained to the doctor that I took the questionnaire and the results I received said there was very little chance that it could be those things. Then he accused me of not being truthful in the questionnaire. After I defended myself he admitted that the site has issues where occasionally not all of the information provided on the symptoms questionnaire goes through. I felt as if he was accusing me of trying to score antibiotics like I’m some sort of addict or something!!! The whole thing was a complete waist of time and money! I would never recommend the site to anyone! I’m sure there are legit online services out there but this isn’t one of them!

I would leave a negative feedback if they had minus stars. They took my money and would not prescribe an anti biotic for my sinus infection. I had to suffer overnight in an attempt to get the proper Rx, however they declined to treat my condition a second time, further they refuse to refund my 35 dollars. I went later the second day to a doctor and got the meds, it cost me an additional 210 dollars. Beware, they will do this to you as well.

I would give them a zero if possible! Spend $35 and waste 2 hours of your time just so they can tell you to take some Tylenol. Complete scam site!!! They steal your money and will not refund!

This morning was the 2nd the 2nd time I've tried to get antibiotics for antibiotics for a sinus infection and was turned down bring down they told me to go see a doctor K health is the biggest scam there is I would advise do not give them any money under no circumstances cause they will not help you

Very poor took my money but never spoke to anyone they just kept the money AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
